Website Focus: More International Leadership Teams

apqp4wind_cover.jpg

A generous client mentioned the old web page did not represent the experienced deliveries of BlueBehavior. There was quite a bit of focus on the standardized and highly effective, highly reusable content and materials available to kickstart new projects.

There was, however, very little on the projects themselves. I've just updated the home page accordingly. More focus on the many and very varied types of projects that BlueBehavior has undertaken in recent years and across almost all...

Materials, Proven and Worth Sharing

BB - focus and internalization - IMG_4474.jpg

As promised on the BlueBehavior home page for quite some time, 2019 will be the year to give it back and make the proven best practices available beyond the initial group of generous clients and strategic partners.

The essential building blocks - Leadership Postcards and the TeamBuilder™ board game have now been briefly described on a page about Materials. Click and have a look.

Website updates: Facilitation Booklet

BB Facilibook Transp - IMG_9169.png

Had some quiet time in the winter holidays to add an important stack of information to the BlueBehavior website: The facilitation book.

While I would have liked a nice swirling PDF-display, I opted instead to drop the 58 pages as images files on a single Simplero page. This way I hope it is easier to look across and perhaps print as an inspiration to the thousands of engaging ways modern facilitation and leadership training may be designed, developed and delivered.

Year-end 2018 - looking back at the first five years

BlueBehavior - 2018 Thank You.jpg

2018 has been a fantastic year with tons of wonderful challenges around the world. From the card: Sincere appreciation of all the fine moments with truly inspiring professionals from all around the world. I am honored and immensely privileged to play a small part in such courageous leadership journeys.

And, yes, I missed the card for 2017 so here is the one-card summary story looking back to closure of 2016, 2015 and 2014...

TeamBuilder - Vattenfall Edition

A lot of fine projects have come to conclusion right before this summer. Final plans for Hager Challenge 02 in India, commited closure of the second Van Oord PMC Cycle 2 and approval of the interactive Project Induction for Vattenfall. And, the release of the Vattenfall edition of TeamBuilder, called RiskPlay:

Helped by Super Service

Not really news, Simplero is known for this. I did, however, experience the service first hand this Saturday. Extremely pleased with the kind help recieved in setting up a community site for a round-the-world development journey and leadership program. Will know more over the next weeks as the finest C-suite settles in...

Going Live in Simplero

Testing done. More good than bad and still with the potential of pleasant surprises to the many questions. Simplero replaces a construct of WordPress, LearnDash and WooCommerce. The downsizing and simplification in to Simplero will make changes easier and hopefully updates more frequently.

In essence there are 3+ reasons why:

  1. Hopefully fast one-stop-shop for the potential and ideas of BlueBehavior
  2. Need project/community space for leader groups around the world
  3. Wish to add e-Learning offering...

Preparing for Amsterdam and Paris

Excellent days in the new surroundings, working with Rikke Nørgaard to make ready for upcoming events near Amsterdam and Paris. Lot's of fun and meaningful examinations of how cards interact with scripts, facilitation and real-life application of participant's best recommendation. And there was time to revisit some of the past highlights, here open space in Antwerpen:

Had to dig out a table

A pleasure welcoming new partners to BlueBehavior. Unfortunately - or is it luckily? - things have been slightly more busy than planned. Suddenly need more desk space in this end of the pavillon. Wonder if we'll have enough room? And, yes, still testing Simplero; high hopes for this being the right tool. What do you think?
